No in-home visit required!  I will email you a list of directions on a few photos to send me and what walls to measure.  I'll include a short questionnaire about what you are looking to do with your space and what your budget is to achieve your look. You'll receive:

• mood board that will show the look of your space along with a floor plan of what to put where  
• Shopping list with links

Then, you order from the shopping list and do install of products and paint yourself.  This gets you the best bang for your buck!

*This package is for rooms such as living rooms, bedrooms, and offices.      Not for kitchens or bathrooms.  

*Two revisions included.  Additional revisions $50 each.

One hour at your home, I'll come to discuss your project.  We can figure out your needs and I can suggest some general possibilities.  This is a great starter for you to see if you'd like to dive into a larger project or stick to a-la-carte design options.  The in home consultation does not require any follow up services so it's a great way to see if a designer is right for you, or just to have some basic questions answered.

With this option, I will meet you at any stores of your choosing and help you shop.  Sometimes all you need is that helping hand in deciding on the brass lamp or the chrome!

An In-Home Consultation is recommended before choosing this option, but is not required.

*Hours are charged inside of each store.  Travel time to, from, and between stores is included unless it exceeds 10 miles total per day.  Beyond 10 miles is billed at 65¢ per mile.

This includes the in-home consultation, a visual representation of the new space, and a shopping list of all items necessary for you or your contractor to purchase.  Two revisions are included.

This package includes an in-home consultation to start the project. You'll receive a floorplan, full mood board, and 3D drawing of your new kitchen.  2 hours of shopping together are included to specify appliances, countertops, and/or cabinets.   All aspects of the kitchen will be addressed for your contractor to install.

As this is a very broad concept and an in-home consultation would be needed, most likely the project would be billed on an hourly basis.  This typically includes specifying all materials and finishes for the home and any necessary technical drawings.  For a 1,000 square foot two bedroom one bath house flip, the average price is around $5,000 for total design time and specifying more standard in-stock finishes.
